After a sixteen month hiatus from Aunt Flo, she came back today. And with a vengeance I might add and cramps like I was 14 years old again. And guess what I had zero of in my house? Yep, you guessed it. Thank goodness there were pads leftover from the summer, because I was in no mood to make a trip to the drug store this morning.
This Mother nature thing is a biotch.

I have had two periods in approx. 5 years because of having babies and nursing. I so do not look forward to the return either!

ARGH!!! I remember that first visit. I could have had a king-size mattress as a maxi-pad.
granted i didn't breastfed, but i got mine at 6 weeks PP. it was awful. i'm on bc, but didn't get it this month...

yeah, I totally felt like I was 14 too... with the cramps and full flow! no time to ease us back into this, i guess.
