My friend Kim just bought one and LOVES it. Then she read you are not supposed to steam mop hardwoods very frequently because it can warp the boards and now she is stuck on what to do or how frequently to use it.We use a swiffer vac because Alex is SO MESSY.
I might consider getting one for hubby's Christmas stocking (wink)!
