OK, I'm up relatively early on a Saturday, because my husband actually wants to go try out a new Bikram yoga studio. They told us to hydrate before class, so I'm enjoying a cold Dasani, instead of a cup of coffee. I've done yoga before, and enjoyed it, but I am a little intimidated by all of this. It's an 1.5 hour long class AND the room is heated to 105 degrees! I may just fall over from heat exhaustion while trying to hold the warrior pose! Wish me luck!
